Once you complete the consultation payment on CarePolicy.US, you will
receive an order confirmation via the email address used during the purchase.
Can I get a payment plan?
Yes. At checkout, you will have the option to select ShopPay, which allows
you to pay in installments. This option is provided by Affirm, and any interest
costs will be charged directly by Affirm. Alternatively, you can choose to make
the full payment at checkout.

documents and required information. The process will proceed based on your
timely submission of the necessary documents.

You will receive the checklist spreadsheet within three (3) business days
after submitting your completed Client Information Form.
What does the checklist consist of?
The checklist (spreadsheet) contains two tabs with a detailed list of
state-specific items and information required for submission with the licensure
application. It serves as a guide to ensure all necessary documentation is
prepared and ready for submission.
What is the role of the customer?
The
customer is required to submit legal-related documents such as Articles of
Organization or Incorporation (LLC/INC), EIN, etc., as per state-specific
requirements. The necessary documents will be highlighted in the initial
checklist shared by CarePolicy.US consultants.
How soon will my application package be readyfor submission?
Your
application package will be ready for submission within twenty-one (21)
business days, provided that you submit all required documents and information as
outlined in the checklist.
Does the CarePolicy.US consultation chargeinclude legal or licensing application fees?
No, all legal or licensing fees must be covered by the customer.
How long does the state take to approve my license?
Approval times vary by state, provider type, and the volume of applications
received. While we cannot guarantee a specific timeline, your assigned
consultant will guide you based on previous client experiences and estimated
timelines.
What if the state requests revisions?
The package includes complimentary state revisions for the areas that
CarePolicy.US has created documents for. Customers must share any state
correspondence with their Account Manager or the assigned consultant
immediately upon receipt, as state revisions come with deadlines that require
timely notification.
Is licensure approval guaranteed?
