ALL SALES ARE FINAL

CarePolicy.US maintains a strict no-refund policy across all products and services. Once a purchase is completed, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Digital download products (policy and procedure manuals, compliance documents, templates, and all other downloadable files)
  • Provider licensing consultation services (including state-specific packages, startup packages, and guaranteed license packages)
  • Subscription services (including ongoing compliance update subscriptions)
  • Any bundled or discounted packages

We make this policy clear prior to purchase because resources - including expert time, document preparation, and consultation hours are allocated immediately upon order confirmation.


WHY WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS

Our digital products are delivered instantly and are accessible in full upon purchase. Because the content cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed, all sales are considered final at the point of transaction.

For consultation services, our team begins allocating expert resources, reviewing state-specific requirements, and preparing your documentation package as soon as your order is placed. This upfront commitment of time and expertise means we are unable to offer refunds once work has commenced.


WRONG OR CORRUPTED FILES

We take the quality of every file seriously. If you experience any of the following after purchase, please contact us and we will resolve it at no charge:

  • You received a corrupted or unreadable file
  • You received the wrong document (different state or product than ordered)
  • Your download failed or was incomplete

To report a file issue, email us at hello@carepolicy.us with your order number and a description of the problem. Our team will review your case and respond promptly.


STATE REVISIONS FOR CONSULTATION CLIENTS

If you purchased a Provider Licensing Consultation Service and the state requests revisions to documents prepared by CarePolicy.US, those revisions are included at no additional charge. Simply forward any state correspondence to your assigned consultant or to hello@carepolicy.us with your order number as soon as you receive it, as state revision requests come with deadlines that require timely notification.

Please note that state revision support covers only documents created by CarePolicy.US. Legal or state licensing fees are not included in the consultation package and remain the responsibility of the customer.


PAYMENT PLANS

At checkout, customers have the option to pay in installments via ShopPay, powered by Affirm. Any interest or financing costs are charged directly by Affirm. Selecting an installment plan does not change or waive this no-refund policy — all sales remain final regardless of the payment method chosen.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this refund policy. All purchases are accompanied by clear disclosure of our no-refund terms. In the event of a dispute, we will provide full transaction records, delivery confirmation, and policy disclosure evidence to the payment processor.
